The company believes that the practicality and sustainability of development projects require flexible resource management, active participation by all stakeholders and a shared goal of strengthening institutions and operating systems to optimize the use of available resources.

The Coastal Zone Management Specialist is responsible for prioritizing the polders for interventions. The specialist should be responsible for including lessons learned from the prioritization of CEIP-1 and for developing an updated methodology for this prioritization process.

The Specialist shall work with the various technical specialist (design, environmental, social, costing) to integrate these factors into the prioritization process which shall result in a shared agreement on the polders to be prioritized.
