The Bangladesh Cycling Federation had to postpone the Bangabandhu International Freestyle Stunt Cycling 2020 only three days after the glamorous logo unveiling event, owing to the Coronavirus risk.

The maiden edition of the three-day-long meeting was earlier scheduled to begin at the Sheikh Russel Roller Skating Complex on February 27 with 25 countries taking part.

“We received big responses from participating countries some of whom requested us to defer the tournament due to coronavirus. So we decided to postpone the event. It is likely to be in April.” said BCF president Shafiullah Al Munir after an executive committee meeting yesterday.
