Huawei has launched ten all-new 6-series Wi-Fi air engine for the Asia Pacific region that are best designed for high-quality fully wireless campus construction.
Things stand out from technical advances such as industry-unique dual-band smart antennas, lossless roaming, and innovative turbo (intelligent device amplification technology), said a press release on Tuesday.
Of the latest devices, the flagship Wi-Fi 6 8760 series air engine features 16 spatial streams capable of providing 10 Gbps of wireless performance and beyond.
According to Huawei's estimates, the Wi-Fi 6 would be implemented by 90% of companies by 2023, rendering Wi-Fi the fundamental network infrastructure required for productive enterprise development and service digitisation.
Li Xing, president of the Campus Network Domain, Huawei’s Data Communication Product Line, said: “As new digital services are constantly emerging in enterprises, existing Wi-Fi 5 networks have already encountered bottlenecks that prevent them from meeting these new services.”
Huawei held its online IP Club Carnival with the theme of "Rethink IP, Building the Engine for Digital Transformation" on April 30.
Targeting the Asia-Pacific region, this event was planned to help corporate customers create a more effective digital transformation platform in the face of the current pandemic.
More than 25,000 delegates from business customers and stakeholders across sectors, including industry, banking, electricity, transport, healthcare and education, engaged in this thought-provoking online activity.
