Taposh Hopes to Remove Wastes of Sacrificial Animal within 24 Hrs

On Saturday, Mayor Barrister Fazle Noor Taposh, Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC), hoped to remove the waste of sacrificial animals in the DSCC region within 24 hours. 

The Mayor came up with the expectation after attending the first congregation of Eid-ul-Azha at the Baitul Mukarram National Mosque in the morning.

“We will celebrate Eid with festivity," he said.

Sacrifice animals that will produce wastes. The Mayor said the DSCC will start collecting the waste from 2 p.m. because no official and the staff are enjoying the Eid vacation.

He also invited the President, the Prime Minister, the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court and all the people of the country on the occasion of the Eid-ul Azha, the second largest Muslim religious festival.
