Prashant Tripura on 'Acceptance-Denial of Multi-Nations' Existance in a Nation State'.

A discussion titled -'Acceptance-Denial of multi-nations' existence in a nation state'- organized by Shampratik Deshkal is going to be held at its Office (1/22, Iqbal Road, Mohammadpur) at 4 pm on 5th January. 

Prashant Tripura- a noted researcher cum activist- will be present as the keynote speaker.

In 1991, the activist started his professional life in teaching in the Anthropology department of Jahangirnagar University. Subsequently, since 2001 he had been involved in various development projects in many organizations.

Almost eleven years later, in 2012  he had involved himself as a freelance researcher-consultant and part-time teaching. 

In addition to volunteering with various social organizations, the activist cum researcher is giving time to writing. At present, he is engaged in a project as a manager over one year. 

After 8-year (1982-1990) study from the USA,  Prashant Tripura had started his journey to learn and understand the social and cultural realities around the country.

Yet now he continues to do so. One of his major areas of interest in writing and research is identity establishment   'politics and history' plus 'language and environment'.
