Milan, Murshid to Get IFIC Bank Sahitya Puroshkar

Eminent literateur Imdadul Haq Milan and noted writer Golam Murshid have been nominated for the prestigious 'IFIC Bank Sahitya Puroshkar 2018' (IFIC Bank Literary Award 2018).    

Besides, prominent cultural personality Ramendu Majumdar will receive Sanskriti-Ratna Sommanona-2020 for his lifelong contribution to the cultural arena.

Imdadul Huq Milan, also the editor of the Daily Kaler Kantho, will receive the award for his novel 'Mayanagar' while Golam Murshid for 'Bidrohi Ranoklanta', a biography of Poet Nazrul Islam.
