Physician, 17 Others Diagnosed with Coronavirus in Narsingdi

Eighteen more people, including a physician, tested positive for coronavirus in the district over the last 24 hours, taking 62 cases in the district.

Confirming the issue, Narsingdi civil surgeon Dr. Ibrahim Titon said their samples were submitted to IEDCR for examination and one of the patients recovered from coronavirus.

Among the new cases, 13 people are from Sadar Upazila and five from Raipura Upazila, he added.

In the meantime, ten more people have died of coronavirus in Bangladesh in the last 24 hours, the highest death during the period, before Thursday, with a death toll in the country of 60.

In addition, a total of 341 people tested positive for coronavirus during the period, bringing the number of these cases in the country to 1,572.
