Youth’s Body Found Hanging from Tree in Motijheel

Police on Wednesday recovered the hanging body of a youth from a tree in the capital's Motijheel T&T colony area.

Details about the victim, age around 20, could not be known immediately.

Confirming the news, Shahidul Islam, sub-inspector of Motijheel Police Station, said locals spotted the hanging body from the tree in front of the boundary wall of the colony and informed the police station.

On information, police recovered the body and sent it to Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) morgue for autopsy, he said.
