Bangladesh Reports 13 More COVID Deaths

Bangladesh recorded 13 more deaths from the novel coronavirus in the last 24 hours, taking the toll at 8,298.

In the last 24 hours, 396 people tested positive for Covid-19 and the number of novel coronavirus cases in the country now stands at 541,434.

Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) disclosed the information by issuing a press release on Tuesday.

The country's maiden cases were reported on March 8 this year and the first death from the virus was reported on March 18.
