12 More Patients Die at RMCH Corona Unit

12 more people died in the coronavirus unit of Rajshahi Medical College Hospital (RMCH) over 24 hours till 8:00am on Thursday.

Since May 24, the district's Covid-19 and suspected death toll has risen to 142.

Currently, the corona unit of Rajshahi hospital is treating 142 patients from Rajshahi, 111 from Chapainawabganj, 15 from Naogaon, 15 from Natore, 3 from Pabna, 3 from Kushtia, and 1 from Chuadanga.

Abdul Jalil, the Deputy Commissioner of Rajshahi, stated the administration's determination to apply restrictions in the area in order to break the Covid-19 transmission chain on June 2.
