CMP Arrest 6 Snatchers in City

Chattogram Metropolitan Police (CMP) arrested six snatchers from the city’s Agrabad area last night.

The arrested are Jahangir alias Jahangir, 25, Md. Emon Sharif alias Emon, 19, Md. Saiful alias Sumon, 24, Md. Monir, 21, Md. Nazrul Ahmed Sagar, 20 and Saidur Rahman Ibu, 22.

Mohammad Mohsin, officer-in-charge of Double Mooring thana, told media that based on secret information a team of police detained Emon, Sumon, and Monir, from Agrabad commercial area on Tuesday night.

According to their confession, police arrested their leaders Jahangir and Saidur Rahman.
