DB Looking for NahidRains' Nahid

Dr Murad Hasan, who resigned from the post of state minister for information and broadcasting, made the offensive remarks on a live event on a Facebook page called Nahidrains Pictures. Nahid was the person who was presenting the program titled 'Sick Khaleda, perverted BNP leader and activist'. This time the Dhaka Metropolitan Detective Police is looking for him.

When Murad Hasan's offensive comments went viral on Facebook, he was severely criticized. Since then, the name of Nahid, the presenter of the program, has come up in discussions with the state minister.

There are allegations that Nahid has asked several provocative questions to the state minister in that interview. And on the basis of these allegations, the Dhaka Metropolitan Detective Police is investigating about Nahid.

DB Joint Commissioner Harun-Ur-Rashid confirmed the matter.

"As far as we know, the boy named Nahid probably has a TV camera," he said. He has spoken provocatively to the Minister at various times. We are looking into it.

According to multiple sources, Nahid's home is in Chattogram. He has been making fun of various political figures for a long time.

An audio phone conversation was leaked when Murad Hasan was being criticized in various quarters for making indecent and racist remarks against Tarique Rahman's daughter. In that record, he was heard talking in very obscene and inaudible language with the film actor Emon and the actress Mahiya Mahi.

After much criticism, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina ordered Murad Hasan to resign from the cabinet division.

Murad Hasan sent his resignation letter by e-mail from Chattogram on Tuesday afternoon.
