Schools, Colleges Likely to Reopen in February

All educational institutions in the country will be opened in February, said the Education Minister Dr Dipu Moni. She said, "There is a meeting with the National Technical Advisory Committee (NTAC) on Covid-19. We will be able to make a decision after reviewing the coronavirus situation. The matter will be discussed with the Prime Minister."

He was responding to a question from reporters after the swearing-in ceremony of the newly elected chairmen at the Chandpur deputy commissioner's office at noon on Wednesday (February 18).

Dipu Moni said, "Although we cannot say the exact date, we hope that the educational institution will be opened this month. However, everyone has to conduct their activities in accordance with the health rules."
