Dhanmondi Office Of Awami League Vandalised

Agitators set fire to the office of Awami League President Sheikh Hasina in Dhanmondi. The protesters are now chanting slogans there. The fire incident took place on Monday (August 5) afternoon.

Earlier, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina fled from Bangladesh. Sheikh Hasina left Dhaka in a military helicopter from Bangabhaban at 2.30 pm. At that time, family members including his younger sister Sheikh Rehana were with him.

According to news agency AFP, Sheikh Hasina and her younger sister Sheikh Rehana have gone to a safe place.
