Addl SP Kafi Placed On 8-Day Remand

A Dhaka court placed additional superintendent of Dhaka police (Crime and Operations) Abdullahil Kafi on eight-day remand in a case filed for taking ransom after kidnapping in Hazaribagh police station.

Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Md Akteruzzaman passed the remand orders on Wednesday morning (September 4).

Md Abul Kalam Azad, sub-inspector of Hazaribagh police station produced him before the court with 10-day remand.

Earlier, the case was filed with Hazaribagh police station.
