Regent Group and Regent Hospital Chairman Mohammad Shahed, has been released on bail in 96 cases.
He walked out of Dhaka Central Jail on Wednesday night (September 4).
A source from central jail confirmed the matter.
It is known that there were total of 96 cases against Saheed. He is a convicted accused in five of these cases. When he secured bail in all the cases, the jail authorities released him after verifying the papers.
Earlier, RAB arrested Shahed from Satkhira district on July 15, 2020. After that, various allegations of fraud and irregularities started to come against his name.
