Chief Adviser Pays Tribute At Shikha Anirban

Chief Adviser to the interim government professor Dr Muhammad Yunus on Thursday (September 5) paid glowing tributes to the martyred members of the Bangladesh Armed Forces.

The chief adviser paid the tribute by placing a wreath at the altar of Shikha Anirban (roughly translated as flame eternal) in Dhaka Cantonment around 11:30 am.

Following the fall of the Sheikh Hasina government on August 5 amidst protests, Nobel Peace Prize laureate Dr Yunus took charge as the chief adviser of the interim government on August 8.
