HC Division’s Three Judges Resign

Three judges of the High Court (HC) Division of the Supreme Court submitted their resignations to the President.

On Tuesday (November 19), the Ministry of Law, Justice, and Parliamentary Affairs issued a notification stating that the President had accepted the resignations of the three.

The three who resigned are – Justice Salma Masud Chowdhury, Justice Quazi Reza-Ul Hoque, and Justice AKM Zahirul Hoque.
