Bike Accident Kills 2 In Mymensingh

Two persons were killed and one injured after a motorbike hit the back of a sand-laden truck at Haluaghat on Thursday morning.

The deceased two were identified as Al Aksha, 28, hailed from Dapunia of Mymensingh city, and Shakil, 26,  from Gohailkandi.

“The accident occurred while a speedy motorbike hit a sand-laden standing truck's rear in front of upazila Fire Services and Civil Defense office in Haluaghat and left two dead on the spot”, Officer in Charge  (OC) M Abul Khayer of Haluaghat Police Station said.

After receiving information, a rescue team led by the Haluaghat Fire Service team rushed immediately and recovered two bodies from the spot. One other injured person was admitted to Haluaght Upazila Health Complex.
