The results of the mass notification on the recruitment of teachers in private educational institutions have been published. According to the results published on Thursday (July 15), candidates have been recommended against a total of 51,071 posts. Many candidates felt relieved to see the results.

However, the debate has started anew. Some people say that many qualified candidates have been deprived of recruitment this time. According to them, those who are limited to 35 have been deprived of the opportunity to apply.

Besides, no recommendation for a non-MPO post was made as a result of the first clause. Moreover, it has been alleged that no one has been recommended for information technology since the 15th.

A person named Amina Khatun wrote on Facebook, my written number is 80. And I applied for quota in all women sector. But I was not selected. Ali Hossain said that the teachers who have been recruited through NTRCA before, have been selected again in the next public announcement. They will be selected again in the next public notification. Because the number of those who have been recruited earlier is higher, as a result, they will be recruited again and again.

Mahmud Hasan, a recruitment candidate said, "Half of the 54,000 seats go to the over-35-year-olds." Marks were higher in their previous recruitment test. NTRCA has cheated us in this transfer business in the name of their application opportunity. Of course, they have to take to the streets. They are joking with us.”

Nabi Talukder said I apply to five institutions. But with the exception of the first institution recommending people with lower numbers than me in the other four, what is the reason for not recommending me to any institution?

One of the candidates, Mainul Islam, said, "More than half of the people have been recruited before. Just transferred this time. They don't seem to be paid anew. This is a big trick of NTRCA. '

Another recruiting candidate, who did not want to be named said, "If the authority wanted to save money, it could have done so without issuing a public notice." There is no point in cheating like this. It is very unfortunate if you can't survive getting a mark above 60. In the second public announcement, he was also appointed with a much lower mark. '

Jasim Uddin, a recruitment candidate said, "There is an age limit for some. Again there are no restrictions for the other. Variations of method cannot be accepted in any way. '

NTRCA Secretary. Mahbubul Karim said, "We have tried to recruit 100% transparently. We have worked hard for this. Everything is in the software here. There is no chance of any irregularity. The notification of appointment was given on the basis of the judgment of the High Court. There is no chance of any irregularity. '

Job seekers have been agitating for this result for a long time. Eventually, they got the result. As the results of the notification were released at such a difficult time of the Corona crisis, almost half a lakh unemployed people are happy. Shanto Ahmed, President of the Third Public Notification Forum and Habibullah Raju, General Secretary expressed their gratitude to the Education Minister and concerned people.

It is learned that on December 14, 2017, the High Court gave a verdict on the appointment. There were several points in that verdict. One of the instructions was to issue a certificate in the name of the writ petitioner and other applicants as per the combined merit list. But the petitioners complained of contempt of court as the verdict was not implemented in two years. After hearing their application, the High Court issued a rule in 2019.

While this rule is under consideration, NTRCA issued a public notification for appointment to 54 thousand posts. The petitioners then filed a petition to stop the appointment. On May 6, the High Court ordered the suspension of the third public notice on the basis of their application. The court also directed to recommend the appointment of those who went to the court from the first to the 12th registration examination within seven days.

The High Court then directed the NTRCA to recommend the appointment of the certificate holders and applicants for contempt who passed the registration test on May 31 within four weeks as per the directions of the High Court. NTRCA then appealed against the verdict. On the basis of this appeal, the Appellate Division dismissed the petitioners' application. This removes all barriers to teacher recruitment.
