So the ice between the two Koreas has begun to melt! Building a rare relationship with each other with mutual respect and impartiality! At least after South Korean President Moon Jae-in's remarks, North Korean leader Kim Jong-un's key adviser and his influential sister, Kim Yo-jong, have hinted at his remarks.

According to the online Guardian, Kim Yo-jong is seen as influential in North Korea. He commented that there could be an inter-conference between North and South Korea. He said that this could happen only on the basis of mutual respect and assurance of impartiality. This is his second statement on Saturday in two days. South Korean President Moon Jae-in has called for an official declaration of an end to his state's war with North Korea. Then on Friday Kim Yo-jong called on South Korea. He said hostile policies against Pyongyang must end.

It should be noted that between 1950 and 1953, the war between the two Koreas ended with a ceasefire. There was no peace agreement in this case. As a result, strategically, North and South Korea have been at war with each other for at least half a century. Analysts say South Korea has softened the tone. So North Korea wants to put pressure on South Korean President Moon Jae-in through inter-Korean communication.

The pressure is on Moon Jae-in to urge US President Joe Biden to ease the US-led blockade against North Korea. The United States has imposed a blockade on North Korea's nuclear weapons program. So North Korea wants the United States and South Korea to suspend joint military exercises.

In a statement issued on North Korea's state-run news agency KCNA, Kim Yo-jong sought a guarantee of impartiality and mutual respect at such an inter-Korean conference. He added that the date of such an inter-Korean conference could be finalized through constructive talks. He has softened the melody. He said North and South Korea should not waste time on each other's faults or war of words. In a statement on Friday, he called on South Korea to abandon its unequal bilateral position.
