PRAN-RFL Group bags Best Employer Brand Award

PRAN-RFL Group, the country’s leading agricultural and plastic products manufacturer has been awarded “Bangladesh Best Employer Brand Award-2019” by World HRD Congress. 

The group achieved the award for ensuring the congenial atmosphere in the workplace and good practice in human resource development. 

Uzma Chowdhury, Director of Corporate Finance at PRAN-RFL Group received the award on behalf of the organization. The program was held at Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel in the capital on Sunday.

Kamruzzaman Kamal, Marketing Director at PRAN-RFL Group said, “More than one lakh people are currently working with PRAN-RFL group. We regularly organize different types of programs of the employees to ensure a better work environment. The program includes skill development training and motivational program so that the employees discharge their duties by owning the companies.”
