The preliminary examination for the 43rd Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS)
is likely to take place in October, while the written test for the 41st BCS would
take place in November.
Md Sohorab Hossain, the chairman of the Bangladesh Public Service
Commission (BPSC), told the media about the likely date on Monday.
Officials from the BPSC said they discussed the issue [of setting dates
for these two BCS (41st and 43rd) exams] in a special meeting held after the
results of the 41st BCS preliminary test were released on Sunday—-a total of
21,056 candidates passed the test and qualified for the next level, the written
exam.
The BPSC has got special permission from the government to carry out its
activities in the amid the pandemic.
