Mahira Khan Ties Knot With Businessman

The stunning Mahira Khan captivated audiences with her performance in "Humsafar" and made her debut in Bollywood with "Raees." With a massive fan following, it appears that she has now found her life partner in her close friend Salim Karim.

Mahira Khan has tied the knot with Salim Karim, a businessman. The news was shared by her manager, Anushay Talha Khan, who posted a video from the wedding on social media.

For her special day, the "Humsafar" actress looked absolutely radiant in a beautiful pastel lehenga accompanied by a long sheer veil. She complemented her look with matching diamond jewelry. Salim, on the other hand, was dressed in a blue turban and a black sherwani. The couple exchanged vows in an outdoor ceremony held in Murree, Pakistan.

As Mahira walked towards her groom with a joyful smile, the crowd erupted in applause, celebrating the union of the two. Salim was visibly moved with emotion as he embarked on this new journey with his lovely wife.

The heartwarming chemistry between Salim and Mahira was evident when he embraced her after she unveiled her veil.

Earlier, Mahira had revealed her relationship with Salim while talking to Samina Peerzada. When asked if she was in love in 2022, Mahira shyly nodded and said, "I believe I am in love. I'm not sure; I'm quite reserved about it." She also mentioned that he was not from the entertainment industry.

Mahira Khan had previously been married to her childhood sweetheart, Ali Askari, in 2007, and the couple has a 13-year-old child named Azlan.

During an interview on the FWhy Podcast, Mahira shared that she had married at the age of 17 and had moved to Los Angeles with Ali, who was residing there. She explained that her time in LA was challenging, and with the birth of her son Azlan, she realized that the marriage was not working. Mahira had plans to return to Pakistan with her parents after eight years of marriage in order to become independent.
