COVID Deaths Show Signs of Slowing, Cases Surge Again

In the 24 hours leading up to 8 am Monday, Bangladesh reported four more Covid-19 deaths.

During the same time period, 277 more patients tested positive for the virus.

After testing 19,237 samples across the country, the current positivity rate was reported to be 1.44 percent.

On Sunday, Bangladesh recorded six deaths and 197 cases.
