Che Guevara: The Life That Gave Him Immortality

Fighting for the rights of the oppressed is real bravery. Some people chose the life willingly. People die naturally. Death is the ultimate destiny of humans. The life that begins after the death of some brave people is eternal. There are no obstacles in his journey after death. He merged into the people. Today, Che is among all the people who have fought against discrimination and exploitation on this earth. His very familiar face is like a reflection of a revolutionary all over the world. This life never stops at death.  Rather it gets more speed. Fifty years after the death of Che Guevara, a unique figure in history, his name appears on Time magazine's list of the 100 most influential people of the twentieth century. The question is to why should people live? The answer should be ‘for people. Although today the world is flowing in its opposite direction. The number of disenfranchised people in the world today is innumerable. Che Guevara is the inspiration behind the struggle of those disenfranchised people. From his childhood, he had a sense of protest against exploitation and injustice. Che Guevara, by name of Ernesto Guevara de la serna was born on June 14, 1928, Rosario in Argentina.

His human life is not very long, only thirty-nine years. But Che Guevara proof that death is not the only weapon to stop life, especially the life of a great revolutionary like him.  At a very young age, he gained a detailed understanding of politics because the family in which he born was politically inclined. His thoughts were on how to escape from imperialist aggression. Che understands that there is no other way to destroy this inequality between rich and poor except through revolution.  After his death, he was no longer confined to one country or one continent. He has spread to the people of every country in the world. He is a sign of those people who are struggling against injustice happening to them. The second journey of his life began after his death and will never stop. Virtually all that will continue until the existence of the earth.  It will show the way against the injustice of the rulers, will hit the root of the spread of domination, and will certainly inspire the revolutionaries.  He did not learn to live with fear. To him, it was the same death. Cowards die many times before their death.  Cowards want to live life and when that limit is reached they also merge with time. And revolutionaries like Che don't want to live in bondage. They are independent always. Che Guevara's artistic face has become the face of revolution all over the world today.  Whenever there is injustice, aggression, he wakes up among the revolutionaries. In fact, he stays awaken. He is waking up among the protesting people to break the barrier of discrimination.  Che used to say, "You are one of my comrades-in-arms whenever you burn against injustice."  That is why Che Guevara has got immortality in this world.

He continues to provide the courage to stand up against every injustice.  The assassin's bullet could only kill his body, not his consciousness.  Rather, it has spread further.  Day by day Che Guevara is more relevant because the power of weapons is showing all over the world today.  Che Guevara seems to be losing the battle. He said, fight till the final victory is achieved.  In 1955, he met Raul Castro through a friend.  They had a long discussion at this meeting and then he became a member of the movement. He was a doctor by profession and joined Fidel Castro's team as a physician.  He was always against imperialism because he wanted a world without discrimination. Even today the people of the world dream of such a world. And so everyone remembers Che.  While studying medicine, Che traveled to various parts of South America, giving him the opportunity to understand the plight of helpless people. On October 9, 1967, the Bolivian army executed him. Basically then his second life begins and it can never be stopped with a bullet. Revolutionaries never die.
