Anti-Liberation Forces' Roar Will Not Be Tolerated in Dec: Hanif

Awami League (AL) Joint General Secretary Mahbubul Alam Hanif today said any kind of roars of anti-liberation forces will not be tolerated in December, the month of victory of Bangalee nation.

"If BNP-Jamaat makes any conspiracy to carry out subversive acts centering its December 10 rally, they will face a befitting reply," he told the triennial council of Haziganj upazila AL in the upazila.

Hanif said BNP is making inciting comments in various places in the name of rally. They think that the AL government will not stay in power after BNP's December 10 rally, he said.

But they should keep in mind that the people of Bangladesh will not fear any kind of threat from anti-liberation forces in the month of victory, he added.

AL Organising Secretary and Jatiya Sangsad Whip Abu Sayeed Al Mahmud Swapan, lawmaker major (retd) Rafiqul Islam, Bir Uttam, former lawmaker Advocate Nurjahan Begum Mukta, district AL President Nasir Ahmed and General Secretary Abu Nayeem Patwari Dulal, Joint General Secretaries Advocate Jahirul Islam and Ahsanullah Akhand, Health and Population Secretary Dr Harun-or-Rashid Sagar, Publicity Secretary Abu Naser Bachhu Patwari addressed the council session.  

Haziganj Upazila AL President Helal Uddin Miazi chaired the programme moderated by Gazi Md Moinuddin.

Helal Uddin and Gazi Moinuddin have been reelected president and general secretary respectively of the Haziganj Upazila AL for three years.
