BNP's three wings, Chhatra Dal, Jubo Dal, and Swechasebak Dal, have started the second day of the road march with a one-point demand for the resignation of the government.
The road march that started on Sunday (September 17) morning saw a large presence of leaders and activists.
On the second day of the program, the road march will start from Bogura City to Rajshahi via Naogaon. Local BNP leaders and activists along with Juba Dal, Swechasebak Dal, and Chhatra Dal participated in it. BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir is present as the chief guest in the program.
Earlier, the youth’s road march started from Rangpur on Saturday (September 16) to energize the disenfranchised youths of the country. On this day, the secretary general of the party, Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir said that the road march that started outside Dhaka demanded the resignation of the government.
On the first day, the road march started in front of the BNP office at the Grand Hotel intersection in Rangpur. It ends at Dinajpur via Syedpur Doshmile area from Rangpur.
Afterward, this program will be held in Sylhet, Khulna, and Chattogram. The youth’s road march program will end on September 30 in Chittagong.
Earlier in the last June and July, youth rallies were held in six divisional cities of the country by Jubo Dal, Swechasebak Dal, and Chhatra Dal.
Incidentally, on September 13, the President of Juba Dal Sultan Salahuddin Tuku announced the road march program.
