Former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina left the country after the fall of the Awami League government in a mass coup on August 5 and is now staying in India. Due to various reasons, pressure is constantly increasing on India. India also wants to remove Sheikh Hasina from India to some other country. However, the Narendra Modi government has failed in trying to get Sheikh Hasina to live in some countries in the initial stage.

It is known that Sheikh Hasina's visa-free stay in India is coming to an end after just a few days. In between he should be sent to other countries or he should be kept in India with political asylum. But the overall situation is such that Sheikh Hasina's stay in India will have an adverse effect on India-Bangladesh relations. India does not want to face such a situation for now. So it is heard that the next address of Sheikh Hasina is being fixed very soon.

The question has been raised in the media of India, where will the former Prime Minister of Bangladesh go if he leaves India?

Although the Indian government has not said anything publicly about this, the country's media reported that they are continuing their efforts. It has been reported that Sheikh Hasina has planned to seek asylum in the UK. But nothing is known for sure about it.

It is known that Sheikh Hasina is still trying to visit at least four countries. This former prime minister of Bangladesh is trying to go to UK, UAE, Saudi Arabia or Finland. This is what has been said in the report of Australia based web portal The Conversation.

However, such words were spread earlier in different media. Sheikh Hasina's son Sajib Wazed Joy, who was living in the United States at that time, said that his mother was not going anywhere for now. He did not apply to go anywhere. Joy also said that he will return to the country when the election date is announced.

In that report, what will be the equation of returning Sheikh Hasina if India gives her political asylum? According to the report, if India gives Sheikh Hasina the status of a political asylum seeker, it will be difficult to return Hasina. That's because India will have no obligation to return any political asylum seeker. However, the Hasina issue has become a source of discomfort for India to strengthen the new relationship between Dhaka-Delhi.

Meanwhile, in an interview with the Indian news agency PTI, the chief adviser of the interim government said that Sheikh Hasina should be brought back from India to face trial. Muhammad Yunus.

Sheikh Hasina's niece Tulip Siddique is currently an MP of the ruling Labor Party in the UK. Tulip is the UK Government's Minister for the City. She is Sheikh Rehana's daughter. Sheikh Hasina's daughter Saima Wazed Puthul lives in Delhi for work.
