The health condition of BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia, who is undergoing treatment in London, is stable. However, based on her test reports, doctors have made some adjustments to her treatment plan.

This information was provided on Friday (January 10) by Dr. Zahid Hossain, a member of the BNP Standing Committee and Khaleda Zia's personal physician, from London.

He stated that some test reports of Begum Khaleda Zia's health have been received, and her treatment is ongoing according to those results. Additionally, the former Prime Minister’s mental health has improved due to interactions with family members. More reports are expected to arrive today (Friday).

Dr. Zahid Hossain mentioned that it cannot be said that Khaleda Zia's health has drastically improved, but it can be described as stable. Based on the test reports, doctors have made some changes to her treatment approach. Under the supervision of her eldest son Tarique Rahman, Begum Khaleda Zia is receiving treatment at a clinic in London, where she is being cared for by liver specialist Professor John Patrick Kennedy.
