Mirza Fakhrul Hospitalised

BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir has been admitted to Gulshan's United Hospital in the capital.

The party spokesman Shairul Kabir Khan confirmed the matter on Monday morning.

"Mirza Fakhrul was feeling unwell while attending a programme at Suhrawardy Udyan on Sunday due to excessive dust there. Later, he was admitted to the hospital at the advice of doctors."

"Fakhrul is now in a cabin and feeling better," Shairul Kabir came up with the development this morning.

He is under the care of United Hospital Chief Cardiology Consultant Dr NAM Momenuzzaman, Shairul Kabir added.
