Fire at Keya Spinning Mills Ltd in Gazipur

A fire broke out at the Keya Spinning Mills Ltd at Konabari on Monday, reports UNB.

Mamunur Rashid, deputy assistant director of Gazipur Fire Service and Civil Defense, said the fire broke out around 9am in the factory.

Six firefighting units from Joydebpur and Gazipur brought the fire under control around 10:15am, he said.

The cause of the fire could not be known yet. No causality has been reported so far.
