BNP Declares Countrywide Protest Program

Bangladesh Nationalist Party- BNP has called for countrywide protest programs in Dhaka metropolitan and district headquarters demanding release of the party chairman Khaleda Zia on December 10.

BNP secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir announced the program at the joint meeting of the party at its central office in capital's Naya Paltan today.

Ruhul Kabir Rizvi, BNP senior joint secretary, announced elaborate programs in observance of the Martyred Intellectuals Day and Victory Day — on December 14 and December 16.

They also declared to host a discussion at the Supreme Court Bar on December 15.
