Roman Sana Becomes Breakthrough Archery of 2019

Roman Sana's success in world archery in 2019 was spectacular. Roman won bronze at the World Archery Championship and took his place at the Tokyo Olympics. Roman has recently won another accolade by being selected as the best archer in the innovation group.

Bangladesh's German coach Martin Friedrich has also been identified as the best in this division. Online voting started some time ago.

An elated Roman says, "I had to work hard last year, and the consequence of this effort is prizes and recognition; the winner in the category of breakthroughs will inspire me in the future."

Roman won silver at Bangkok Asian Archery in 2019 and bronze at the World Archery Championship in June. As a consequence, he qualified to participate in the Tokyo Olympics. In September, Roman won gold at the Asia Cup and won all the gold medals at the SA Games.
