28849 Bangladeshi Expats to Return Home: FM

Approximately 28,849 Bangladeshi expatriates, mostly from the Middle East (ME), will be returning home within the next few weeks.

So far, 3,695 Bangladeshi expatriates have returned home from the ME countries.

"We discussed how we can bring them back. We can do that," said Foreign Minister Dr. AK Abdul Momen, after Wednesday's Fifth Inter-Ministerial Meeting.
