Coronavirus: Munshiganj Reports 7 New Cases

Seven more confirmed coronavirus cases were reported in the Munshiganj district on Tuesday.

Sources at the Civil Surgeon Office reported that samples of 72 people had been sent to Dhaka for laboratory examination, and on Tuesday the tests revealed that seven people had been infected with COVID-19.

Four people were found infected from Sadar Upazila, two from Srinagar Upazila, and one from Louhajang Upazila.  

So for, 204 people have been found infected with coronavirus in the district.

While, Bangladesh confirmed the highest number of single-day coronavirus cases on Tuesday, as 786 people tested positive in 24 hours till 8 a.m. yesterday.

To total, 10,929 coronavirus cases and 183 deaths have been recorded in the country as per the official announcement.
