Govt Invites Applications for ‘Begum Rokeya Padak-2020’

The Ministry of Women and Children Affairs has invited applications for the ‘Rokeya Padak-2020’.

Bangladeshi women who have contributed to women’s education, rights, socio-economic development, literature, and rural development are requested to apply for the nominations in the specific form available on the official website, said a notification released by the ministry on Wednesday (July 1).

The application form can be collected from the websites of the Ministry of Women and Children 's Affairs and the Department of Women's Affairs (www.mowca.gov.bd and www.dwa.gov.bd).

Applications or nominating papers will not be approved in any of the 'tables' other than those specified in the notice.

A printout of the form must be sent to Secretary, Ministry of Women and Children Affairs, Bangladesh Secretariat, Dhaka, by July 31.
