Gas Supply to Remain Suspended for 6hrs Tuesday

Gas supply will remain suspended in different areas of Dhaka city from 12 pm to 6 pm (six hours) on Tuesday for gas pipeline relocation work under Dhaka Elevated Expressway (DEE) project.

The areas include Dhaka Cantonment residential areas, Mohakhali DOHS, Banani both sides of Shahid Tajuddin Ahmed Sarani, East Nakhalpara, and Banani, said a press release of Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution Company Ltd.

Gas supply to all residential, commercial, industrial consumers and CNG stations in these areas will remain off during the period, said the Titas Gas.

The gas pipeline from Banani Railway Station to Mohakhali Bus Terminal will be relocated and tied up with consumers' connection under the DEE project, it added.
