Another Policeman Dies from COVID-19

One more member of the Bangladesh Police died from COVID-19, raising the death toll to 66.

The deceased is Md Dalil Uddin Biswas, 58, Assistant Sub Inspector at Jhenaidah Police Lines.

Sohel Rana, Assistant Inspector General (Media) of the Police Headquarters, said on July 25 that Dalil was admitted to the Rajarbagh Central Police Hospital in the capital. Later, he was moved to life support and died at midnight on Monday.

Dalil was buried in his family graveyard in his hometown of Jashore, Sohel Rana added.
