COVID-19 Infected Attorney General Shifted to ICU

Attorney General Mahbubey Alam, who tested COVID-19 positive, has been shifted to the Combined Military Hospital (CMCH) Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in the capital on Friday morning.

Md Riazul Haque, daughter-in-law of Mahbubey Alam, has confirmed this information to media.  

"He was admitted to the hospital ICU this morning as his condition worsened slightly," he said.

Family members of the top state attorney requested the countrymen to pray for his quick recovery, he added.

Mahbubey Alam was admitted to the Hospital on 5 September after a positive virus test.
