Arms Case: Court Awards 27 Years Jail to Papia, Her Husband

On Monday, the much awaited verdict against Papia and her husband was delivered, each in the arms case, awarding 27 years of imprisonment.
The judgment was delivered by Judge KM Emrul Kayesh of Special Tribunal-1 of Dhaka.
The arms case was earlier filed against the expelled Jubo Mohila League leader Shamima Nur Papia and her husband Mofizur Rahman Sumon.
