Education System Being Made Practical: Dipu Moni

Education Minister Dr Dipu Moni has said the education system is being made practical and time-befitting.

Massive changes are being brought to the curriculum of learners in order to make education pragmatic. Now the emphasis is being given to the quality of education. And there is no alternative to achieve the quality of education, she said.

The education minister made the observation on Wednesday while attending an event virtually.

Dr Dipu Moni said dependence on textbooks has to be reduced for gathering knowledge. And the education system should be practical-oriented. 

Besides, reducing dependence on exams and certificates, education will have to be made enjoyable to students.
