20 Family Members of DNCC Mayor Test Positive for COVID-19

Twenty members of the family of Dhaka North City Corporation Mayor Atiqul Islam, including his wife and daughter, have been tested positive for COVID-19.

They all are being treated at hospital, sources said.

Earlier on Sunday, the Mayor and his wife gave their sample for the COVID-19 test after showing symptoms of the disease and the findings were positive for the virus.

They were admitted to Kurmitola General Hospital on Tuesday after receiving two days of treatment at home.
