Ecnec Approves Tk3,308cr for 5 Projects

The Executive Committee of the National Economic Council (Ecnec) today approved a total of five projects involving the approximate total cost of Tk308.36 crore.

Of this, the government will provide Tk 1,245.30 crore, the company's own funding will be Tk 20.98 crore, and international loans will be Tk 2,042.8 crore.

The projects were approved by the Prime Minister and the Chairperson of Ecnec, Sheikh Hasina, on Tuesday.

The Prime Minister joined Ecnec meeting via video conference from Ganobhaban.

Other ministers and secretaries also took part in the Ecnec meeting held at the NEC conference room in the capital's Sher-e-Bangla Nagar.
