Highest Ever 74 Covid Deaths in a Single Day

Bangladesh has recorded the highest number of Covid-19 deaths in a day since the pandemic made landfall in the country in March last year.

The country has recorded 74 new deaths as of Thursday taking the tally to 9,521.

Meanwhile, 6,854 new cases were reported, taking the total number of cases to 6,66,125.

The data was released in a press release by the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).
