22 More Die at RMCH Corona Unit

In the last 24 hours, 22 more people have died in the corona unit of Rajshahi Medical College Hospital (RMCH) due to coronavirus infection and its symptoms. Of these, five died of Covid-19 disease and 18 died with symptoms.

The patients died at the hospital's Corona unit between 9 am on Wednesday (June 30) and 9 am on Thursday (July 1). A maximum of 25 people died in the corona unit of the hospital yesterday.

This morning, the director of RMCH Hospital, Brigadier General Shamim Yazdani, confirmed the matter and said that 22 people had died in different wards of the Corona unit. Among them, 14 are from Rajshahi district, one from Chapainawabganj, one from Natore, five from Naogaon and one from Jhenaidah.
