18 More Die at RMCH Covid Unit in Last 24hrs

In the last 24 hours leading up to Thursday morning, eighteen more deaths were reported at the Rajshahi Medical College Hospital's (RMCH) Covid-19 unit.

According to RMCH Director Brig Gen Shamim Yazdani, eight of the deceased were Covid-19 positive, while the others were suspected cases.

Nine of them were from Rajshahi, three from Naogaon, two each from Natore and Chapainawabganj, one each from Kushtia and Pabna, the RMCH director confirmed.

In the last 24 hours, 70 patients were admitted to the RMCH coronavirus unit, according to the director. At this time, there are 485 patients in the hospital.
