Khaleda Zia to Receive Covid-19 Vaccine Today

BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia will receive Covid-19 vaccine at Sheikh Russel Gastro Liver Institute and Hospital in the city’s Mohakhali today (Monday), reports UNB.
She registered for the vaccine on July 8.
Earlier, she decided to receive the first dose of Covid vaccine any day before Eid-ul-Azha.
She received a text message to receive vaccine after registering online through Surokkha website 10 days back.
“Madam got a text message as a formality to have the first dose of the Covid vaccine,” said her medical team member and BNP vice-chairman Dr AZM Zahid Hossain told the media.
Replying to a question, he said Khaleda will go to Sheikh Russel Gastro Liver Institute and Hospital in the city’s Mohakhali to receive the vaccine maintaining health safety rules.
