Chattogram Records Highest-Ever Covid Cases And Deaths in a Day

Chattogram has recorded the highest number of Covid-19 cases and deaths in the last 24 hours, reports media.

The district has recorded 1,310 new cases of the coronavirus, taking the tally to 77,571.

A total of 18 people died from coronavirus infections in the division over the period, taking the number of total deaths to 915.

During the period, 1,310 people tested positive for Covid-19 after the test of 3,389 samples in ten laboratories with the positivity rate of 38.65 percent, Chattogram Civil Surgeon Office sources said.
