For breaking labor rules, the Department of Inspection for
Factories and Establishments has filed a complaint against four people, including
Nobel Laureate Muhammad Yunus.
The criminal case was brought in the Dhaka labor court by
Arifuzzaman, a labor inspector from the Department of Inspection for Factories
and Establishments.
On Sunday, Peshkar Jamal Uddin of the Dhaka Third Labour Court
confirmed the matter.
